SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

You will receive FREE Shipping on all orders over $50. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address. In the continental USA, shipping is FREE over $50. It’s a flat rate of $7.99 for all shipments up to $49.99.

When you order by the cutoff time Monday through Friday 2:00pm (excluding major holidays), most orders will ship that same day and you will receive it in 5-8 business days depending on your ZIP Code. If an order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be filled the next business day. Note that the cutoff time is an Arizona time zone.

Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:

  • Credit card payment issue
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Orders held because items are out of stock. On infrequent occasions, we may be out of stock in your region’s warehouse. In this case your order may take longer as we await product to ship from an alternate warehouse if available. We will contact you if this happens.
  • FedEx or other premium carrier circumstances (severe weather, etc.)

What if you are not home? The delivery driver will use his/her discretion as to whether he/she will leave the package at the door, with a building manager, or with a neighbor.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat rate of $14.99

To Canada, a shipping rate will be listed at checkout. Typically the pricing is as follows: 1 unit for $28.00; 2 units for $43; 3 units for $56; 4 units for $73 

NOTE: Heavy Orders (Orders Over 60 lbs.) shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require an overweight surcharge IN ADDITION to the regular $8.00 surcharge. We will contact you prior to shipping if any additional surcharge is required.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO

We are able to ship to many P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO via Smart Post. 

Shipping to International Addresses

We apologize, but at this time, we are unable to ship to International addresses.
